Bachelor of Administration Transfer Program (Thunder Bay or Orillia Campuses):
Graduates of Seneca’s three-year Business Administration diploma programs with a minimum overall average of 70 per cent in business courses will be considered for admission to the third year of the Bachelor of Administration program. Graduates must complete one of the following majors at Seneca in order to be considered for the Bachelor of Administration: Accounting; Human Resources Management; Marketing; General Business; and International Business. Graduates from these majors are not required to complete make up courses prior to starting the degree program. Other majors not listed will be considered on an individual basis. The Bachelor of Administration transfer program can be completed in eight months (September to April). The Bachelor of Administration program is available at both the Thunder Bay Campus and the Orillia Campus.
Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration) Transfer Program (Orillia Campus):
Graduates of Seneca’s three-year Business Administration diploma programs with a minimum overall average of 75 per cent in business courses will be considered for admission to the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration Major) program at the Orillia Campus. The program can be completed in as little as two years.

Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration) Transfer Program (Orillia Campus):
Graduates of Seneca’s two-year Business diploma program with a minimum overall average of 75 per cent will be considered for admission to the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration major) program at the Orillia Campus. The program can be completed in as little as two years. All incoming students will have to complete a spring/summer bridging program consisting of two full course equivalents to enter the fall term.
Bachelor of Administration Transfer Program (Thunder Bay Campus):
Graduates of Seneca’s two-year Business diploma program with a minimum overall average of 70 per cent in business courses will be considered for admission to the third year of the Bachelor of Administration program. The program can be completed in approximately one year at the Thunder Bay or Orillia Campus. All incoming students will have to complete a spring/summer bridging program in order to enter the fall term.
Honours Bachelor of Commerce Transfer Program (Thunder Bay Campus):
Graduates of Seneca’s three-year Business Administration diploma programs with a minimum overall average of 75 per cent in business courses will be considered for admission to the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce program. Graduates do not need to complete specific majors in order to be considered for the Honours Bachelor of Commerce college transfer program. The program can be completed in two years. Graduates of a three-year diploma program in Environmental Technology, with a minimum average of 75 per cent , may be considered for admission into the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science (Environmental Sustainability) program offered at the Orillia Campus. The program can be completed in two years.
Seneca Program: Biotechnology – Advanced
Degree: Honours Bachelor of Science (Applied Life Sciences)
Graduates of Seneca's three-year Biotechnology diploma with a minimum average of 75 per cent will be considered for admission into the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Science (Applied Life Sciences Major) program at the Thunder Bay or the Orillia campuses. The program can be completed in two years.
Seneca Program: Arts and Science – University Transfer, Liberal Arts University Transfer
Degree: Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major) or Bachelor of Arts & Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major)
Graduates from these two-year diploma programs, with a minimum average of 70 per cent , may be considered for admission into the third year of the Bachelor of Arts and Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major), or into the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major) at the Orillia Campus. All applicants will need to complete a certain number of specific courses from a variety of subject areas in their college program. The criteria are:
For the Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major) program:
- at least two semester one courses of: math, science, geography or introductory
- psychology
- at least one semester one course in: inquiry methods or senior academic research
- at least two semester one courses of advanced academic content
- at least two introductory semester one courses in two of the following areas: anthropology, biology, English literature, geography, general science, history, political science, psychology and sociology
For the Bachelor of Arts and Science (Interdisciplinary Studies Major) program:
- at least two semester one courses in: math, science, geography, or introductory psychology
- at least one semester one course in: inquiry methods or senior academic research
- at least two semester one courses of advanced academic content
- at least two introductory one semester college courses in: anthropology, biology, English literature, geography, general science, history, political science, psychology and sociology

Graduates from these two-year diploma programs with a minimum average of 70 per cent, may be considered for admission into the third year of the Bachelor of Arts (General Major) at the Thunder Bay or Orillia campuses provided they have completed at least two one semester courses of advanced academic content.

Applicants who have taken more than the minimum number of advanced level or second-year university courses as part of their college program may be eligible to receive up to two university-level full credits of advanced standing.
Seneca Program: Graphic Design
Degree: Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science (Media, Film and Communications Major)
Graduates from a three-year Graphic Design program from an Ontario college, with a minimum average of 70 per cent , will be considered for admission into the third year of the Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science (Media, Film and Communications Major) at the Orillia Campus. All admits are required to complete 1.5 full course equivalents during the spring/summer term after their first year (i.e. fall/winter terms) at Lakehead.
