Career Recharge, presented by TD, is a free, innovative initiative to help you prepare for your future. Whether you are re-entering the workforce, looking for advancement or changing your career, we’re here to help with free supports and resources.

Supported by the TD Ready Commitment, Career Recharge offers workshops and on-demand content designed to help you and other mid-career professionals develop key skills for today's economy.

Career Recharge offers free, 90-minute workshops online. These biweekly sessions, along with monthly InStage virtual reality simulations, cover in-demand job skills and professional topics. Participants can receive a digital badge for completing a series of four workshops.

All Career Recharge workshops are also available on-demand. These modules provide an interactive lesson, as well as a full recording of the original session.
