“For me, the Fashion Business program at Seneca was instrumental in bridging the gap between my desire of pursuing a career in the field of creative arts and effectively marketing those skills and services. It broadened my perspective beyond the fashion industry.”
Having attended university prior to enrolling in the Fashion Business (FAB) program at Seneca, Steve Cao found the FAB program’s emphasis on practical, hands-on learning to be a beneficial and refreshing change. An added benefit that Cao immediately appreciated was the fact that the professors at Seneca were more attentive and responsive compared to what they experienced in university, due to the smaller class-size at Seneca that is more conducive to in-class learning.
Having always had a knack for being creative, it was through courses such as those related to marketing that Cao felt inspired to fully commit to pursuing a career in marketing for businesses. So perhaps it should come as no surprise that Cao is the owner and founder of two Toronto-based businesses: Recognize Digital, a marketing company and Recognize Media, a video production company.
