About the Program

Enhance your digital product, user experience or content design knowledge with two courses in user experience (UX) writing — UX Writing Fundamentals and UX Writing in Practice.

In these courses, you’ll learn how to enhance and improve digital product experiences through words. Clear, concise and useful copy supports and shapes the user experience and helps users achieve their goals.

This microcredential is for those who have an interest in or are working in digital product design. Knowledge of user experience design, writing (marketing, branding or technical) or content strategy/design is helpful but not necessary for completion of the microcredential.
