Modes of Delivery
Academic Upgrading course delivery options include Flexible (FL) and Online Synchronous & Asynchronous (OB). Course delivery modes are determined at the beginning of each semester based on the needs of the cohort.
Flexible (FL) — you have a choice of coming to campus for an in-person experience or learning remotely online. Professors teach live on site to students in a classroom or lab and this is broadcasted in real time to students choosing to learn online.
Online Synchronous & Asynchronous (OB) — includes some scheduled class time and some independent study. Depending on the professor, this scheduled time may be used for drop-in sessions and/or live lectures or assessments. Once enrolled, see the course addendum for details about how your professor will use scheduled class time.
