When you apply at OntarioColleges.ca (OCAS), you will be asked to “declare” all of your previous education. This is where you should also request and submit transcripts for admission.
Submitting Transcripts
Most school boards will electronically submit your grades to OCAS. OCAS will, in turn, transmit them to Seneca. We receive interim records when you apply and updated final grades as you successfully complete your studies. Check with your high school counsellor to see if you need to take any other steps.
If you attended a high school in Ontario more than two years ago, use the Transcript Request page in your OCAS application to order transcripts. There is a small fee for this service, but it is the quickest and most efficient way for us to receive your transcripts.
