We encourage employers to post opportunities as early as possible to get the best selection of candidates.
Positions for the Winter Term can be posted until December 20, 2024 and the last day to offer a Winter 2025 WIL opportunity to a Seneca WIL student is January 10, 2025.

Four Easy Hiring Steps
Step One: Upload your posting to the Work-Integrated Learning Job Board
To post a job, visit the Seneca Works Career Portal and register an account or log in. Upload your posting. If you have any questions, email our team.
Step Two: Receive applications
Once your job is approved and posted, our team will send you applications in a single e-package, known as an application bundle. Applications will include cover letters, resumés and, for some programs, transcripts for your review.
Step Three: Conduct interviews
Once you have selected your potential candidate(s), contact your WIL co-ordinator to schedule interviews.
Step Four: Select your candidate(s)
When you have determined a successful candidate for the position, contact your WIL co-ordinator who will advise you on next steps.
