This training provides an overview of ESG foundations, including the drivers of ESG in Canada, developing an ESG strategy and reporting ESG performance. Uses real-life case studies to understand best practices.
Environmental Sustainability & Management
Environmental performance is the most common measurement of an organization's sustainability by the public and investors and is key to long-term success. This training provides participants with an understanding of how environmental performance is measured, how to communicate the value of an ESG approach and provides strategic plans for any industry.
Social Sustainability
Introduces participants to how organizations can embrace the social pillar of ESG. Learn how organizations mitigate social risks and adapt to the evolving changes in the industry influenced by external factors such as COVID, supply chain shortages, the great resignation era, racial reckoning and more. Highlights practical tools through case studies, ESG reporting frameworks, industry experts and applied projects.
ESG Sustainable Governance
In this training, participants become familiar with the attributes of an effective governance ecosystem, the material matters that require good governance oversight from an ESG perspective and examine the players, systems, tools and issues to be considered when looking at organizational governance in the context of ESG.
