This course teaches students how to better communicate in the pharma field. Students will refine their communication skills through practice in a variety of authentic situations. The focus is to increase both accuracy and fluency to effectively interact with the general public and pharmaceutical professionals. Strategies for writing clear, easily understood documentation, including reports, departmental practices, and e-mail memos are taught. This course also offers a review of grammar and punctuation.
A word in English can have several different forms depending on whether it functions as a noun, verb, adjective or adverb. Learn the parts of speech to assist in identifying and correcting word form errors.
This course teaches students how to better communicate in the health care professions. Students will refine their communication skills through practice in a variety of authentic situations. The focus is to increase both accuracy and fluency to effectively interact with the general public and health care professionals. Strategies to enhance oral communication as well as tips on writing clear, easily understood documentation including reports are taught. This course also offers a review of grammar and punctuation.

The focus is to increase both accuracy and fluency to effectively interact with co-workers and IT professionals. Strategies to enhance oral communication as well as tips on writing clear, easily understood documentation including reports are taught. This course also offers a review of grammar and punctuation.
