After finishing a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy at the University of Toronto, Brian completed his MA in philosophy at York University, after which he began teaching part time at Seneca in what is now the Liberal Arts program. His area of specialization is philosophy, specifically, critical thinking, ethics and political philosophy. Brian also teaches philosophy courses for English & Liberal Studies (ELS) and in the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) program. Among his current interests are the philosophy of love and philosophy of death.
