This series of special interest and credit courses is designed to provide detailed information on the design and construction of residential buildings.
There are no prerequisites for the Architectural Blueprint Reading courses, however, it is recommended that students have grade 10 education or equivalent, with good mathematics and English skills or related industrial experience.

Students should have a grade 10 education or be at that functional level with related industrial experience and good mathematics and English language skills.
This course teaches elementary print reading and is designed to accommodate beginners as well as students with some related experience. This course also helps with the transition to computer aided designing. Topics include the various projections, views, title blocks, lines, symbols and dimensioning. In class sketching is performed by the student.
